In short: within 14 days of buying Hasarla Premium or Hasarla KO Pro, you can get your money back without giving a reason.

How

  1. Write to [email protected]. Include the order email from Lemon Squeezy or your order number; if you have neither, the email address you bought with is enough. You don't need to give a reason.
  2. We start the refund through Lemon Squeezy, and the money goes back to the way you paid. Depending on your bank, it may take a few working days to arrive.
  3. After the refund, the licence key is deactivated and the product returns to its free version.

After 14 days

Write to us anyway. If a bug stops you from using the product, we'll first try to fix it together, and we'll look at your case. Your statutory rights as a consumer always apply.
